IV. Reg. Indep.: Minority Groups Can Dream Big, too!

The great feature of Regional Independence is that any minority group can become independent from the larger region in which it's situated through the process of declaring its sub-area an independent republic.  The feasibility study will reveal the potential of the sub-region to maintain an independent status.  And, the regional referendum within its boundaries will demonstrate a people's commitment to making the principles behind the new regional government to work for them.  There need no delay in establishing the cultural base and political ties to a particular minority-group's lifestyle. The rub is getting nations already in existence to recognize the newly formed republic.  I believe appealing to powerful and rich nations around it will be a useful ploy to secure a lasting acceptance as neighbor and partner in trade and commerce; not to forget aligning itself with military organizations of prominence in its district.
